Chapter 13 : I Never Notice It

15-1-2010, Friday, morning

Share house, 2pm

Jimin sleep like a baby because today she don't have any class and wants enjoy her sleep time and then,...

Her handphone rings (RT: SHINee - Ring Ding Dong)

She open her eyes and took her hp. The ringtone did not sound off yet cuz so many incoming messages.
She open one by one of the SMSs and it was BURFDAY SMS! It was Jimin's birthday!!!
Jimin shocked cuz she didn't know tht today is her birthday.
She read it one by one and touched cuz her frens still remember her although they took separate ways. She notice tht her housemates didn't wish her yet.

'Maybe they didn't know today is my birthday like me. hehe. oh well'

She don't want to sleep after that and took her towel and shower things, taking her bath. After bath, she went to the kitchen, making her favorite, pancakes with syrup on top of it. After she ate, she don't know what to do so she clean the house while the radio play SHINee's songs.

At 5:02pm.

She spends her time at her house doing her assignments, homeworks, chores, study, karaoke, surfing Internet and cooking. Suddenly, a bell rings.

"Maybe it's them."

Jimin open the door and there was a deliveryman, with a big package on his hand.

"Is this Yoon Jimin's house?"
"Yeah~"
"Okay. This is for you. Bye~"

The deliveryman gone and Jimin took the packages and went in.

"What is this?"

She open it and it was a dress.

"OH GOSH! A note!"

Yoon Jimin,
Try to remember your favorite place to hangout and went to tht place before 7pm.

Warning : before 7pm!

"Who wrote this note?! What is it means, before 7pm?"
Jimin look at the clock.
"OH GOSH! It's already 5:08pm. It takes 1 hour to reach there. I hope there is no traffic jam."

Jimin went to her room, in rush, wearing the gown, makeup and took her purse and jacket and went out.

Bus Station, 5:25pm
While she wait for the bus, she sat at the bench and people staring her. because of her beautiful dress... She embarrass... Then, the bus came and Jimin went in and sit at the back.

People in the bus stares at her. Her face red and look toward the window. She notice tht there is an red arrow on the tree, street, people holding it and the arrow was heading the way toward her fav place. She start puzzled. Who doing this?

..... After 2 hour .....

Jimin asleep and suddenly, the bus stop suddenly because there was a car in front of him suddenly brake his car. Jimin knock her head.

"Ouch!"

Jimin notice that she was at the place already. Thank god tht the bus stop or not she will lost in somewhere place.

She run run run run and she stop, check her watch. She was late and she search if she know anyone but no one she knows and she start to feel cold and embarrassed. because of this gown. She wear her jacket and she start walk back home and then, the lights at Cheonggyecheon suddenly close.

"What? Who turned off the lights?"

She turn around and there was a spotlight at the spot tht she look. It has a table for 8 person seated and there was a cake.

"SURPRISE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIMIN!"

It was her housemates who shout that wish and Jimin run and hugged her housemates.

"Thanks you girls. I thought it was a joke. THANKS!"

She notice tht Jonghyun was there.

"Why Jonghyun is here?"
"It was Jonghyun who made this surprise party. For you, Jimin!" said Su-ah.

"YEAH!!!" said other girls and Jimin blushed.

"Emmmm~ Jimin?" said Yuri.

"Yeah?"

"You hug too tight."

Jimin blush and let loose of tht hug. She went to Jonghyun and said thanks.

"Do you like your present?"

"Ummm. What present?"

"Emmmm.... You are wearing it."

Jimin don't know what to say.

"Ohhh.... Thanks, Jonghyun. But why you give me this dress ?"

"Because i like you."

"Ummmmm~"

Their conversation interupt when Yuri and Hanbyul pull Jimin's hands, to blow the candles.

"Jimin, make a wish! " said Su-ah.

Jimin sneak a peek at Jonghyun and then, she look at her birthday cake. She close her eyes and blow the candles. After Jimin cut the cake and give to them, they eat and laugh. Jonghyun stand up and ask Jimin.

"Jimin, you want to take a stroll with me?"

"It's okay. I want to stay here."

Hanbyul : "Go Jimin! Go with Jonghyun. We're okay here. Right, girls?"

Girls : "YEAH!!!"

The girls push Jimin and Jimin stand up. Sign of AGREE! Jimin went with Jonghyun...they silent for a few minutes. Jonghyun put his jacket to Jimin's body. She was cold.

"Thanks."

"Jimin, can I say something?"

"What is it? I hope it's not a stupid question. "

Jimin still mad because of her friends.

"Hahaha. It's not. "

"What is it, Jonghyun-sshi?"

"Ummm. You don't know me?"

"What? It is a stupid question, Jonghyun. I know who you are. You're Jonghyun. Hmm~"

"No. Look at me. You don't remember?"

Jonghyun hold Jimin's shoulder and make her eyes went into his eyes.

"Remember what? Jonghyun, are you joking or what?"

Jonghyun let go of Jimin and continue walking, left Jimin.

Suddenly, Jonghyun felt his lips crushed by something soft. It was Jimin's lips! KISS!!!

They walked while holding hands. They still awkward, stay silent until...

"Why you kiss me, Jimin-sshi?"
"Because i remember, you doofball!"
"What do you remember? Hmmm~"
"I remember you been a dummy in elementary school when you try to protect me from bullies but i can handle by myself, you know right?"
"Your tomboyness n arrogant has been surfaced. Thank god! Hahaha. Jimin, can I ask you something?"
"What? I hope not another stupid question."
"Can you be my girlfriend?"
"Huh? Emmm~"
"Please? Anyway, you kiss me so you love me."
"No. I kiss you because i want you know that i remember it. You accidentally kiss me when we in secondary school."
"Please?"
"Okay but in one condition."
"What is it?"
"Jump in the water and shout "I Love You, Yoon Jimin" ."
"What? Don't you dare."
"Yes. I dare if you want me to be your girlfriend"
"Okay."
